November 2009 Misc.

Our new digital piano.
No, I do not mean to say keyboard. This has all 88 keys and they are touch sensitive (stike the key softly, it plays softly, etc...)
Thanks, Dan.
One step closer to my playing piano goal - and one step closer to my children's wails over piano practice! :)

Who needs toys? Laundry often entertains my kids.

Panties on head - check
Pants over shoulders - check
Dad's underpans for overpants - check
I'm not sure what look she was going for, but I'm going with "goofy"

Papa bought this building set for Krystin last Christmas.
She built this car from scratch
(well, OK - from memory from prior building according to instructions)

Dad with his girls
Once the girls realized I was taking an "ahhhh moment" picture

More crazy dress up - this time "stuff the pajamas"

Just Relaxing

I know it looks like Dad had a couple teddy bear cuddlies, but just prior to talking with Uncle Dave, the girls were "taking care of" Dad.

Found her like this one night.
About 5 lovies were stuffed inside.... safe keeping???

Thanksgiving
Our good friends invited us to their house.
We've shared this holiday with them 4 out of the past 5 years.
Linn's parents and their pastor/family also joined us.

Another beautiful (inside and out) friend.
Thanks again for a blessed Thanksgiving!

Autumn leaves

Krystin Turns 4

Guess What?
A MONTH ago, our baby turned FOUR!
Yah, sorry about the delay, but here are a few pics from Krystin's birthday :)

Getting a game and coin purse from Gpa/Gma Jordan
Math wipe on/off book from Ethan

Card and gift from Kaylin
(Princess stamp markers)
(I should note that Ethan and Kaylin bought Krystin's presents with their own allowance money)

Bike from Dad and Mom

A good friend, Kim's son, turned 4 the day after Krystin, so we had a joint birthday party for them at her house.

Pin the nose on the pumpkin

Tissue paper pumpkins

Me and Kim.
Isn't she beautiful? (Inside and out)

Birthday kids opening gifts

Krystin's "take" from the party

Uncle Dave and Aunt Jacque sent money.
So did Papa.
This delux bath toy was bought with that money.
The girls have had lots of fun with this new toy. Thanks
(Sorry, Papa - I know it's not educational, but Krystin already knows ABC's and simple addition, and her bath toys were only a cup and foam letters. I figured this could count as water dynamic education as there is a pump-shower and water wheel?!? ;)

Gpa / Gma Collingwood sent this magnetic dress-up doll (a hit) and money.

This was what Krystin bought with that money.
(No dolls, Littlest Pets, or frilly stuff caught her eye while shopping. This girl likes to build, play with cars, or play computer games.
Come to think of it, my other girl likes to build and play with cars, too. Hmmmm, where do they get that?!)
